We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover; Electronic Payment: PayPal and other designated third-party processors.

We stand behind our services with the following tiered guarantees. To request a Refund or Support in terms of a refund under the 7-day policy or to invoke a guarantee, please contact our support team.

• 7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Within the first 7 days of your purchase if you are not 'wowed' or thrilled about how much you've learned, we will provide a full refund.
• Career Ready Guarantee: If our 12-week experience does not result in a professional resume, interview mastery, and the skills required for your industry, we issue a full refund.
• Infinite Support Guarantee: If you do not receive at least one job offer within the specified timeframe, you will receive unlimited access to our 1-on-1 coaching at no extra cost until you are hired.

Outside of the specific 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and the Career Ready Guarantee mentioned above, all transactions are generally considered final. Because our fees contribute to the development of personalized intellectual property (coaching, editorial work, and design), time and resources invested cannot be recovered.

• Gifting Services: Unused services may be gifted to a nominee of your choice within 3 months of purchase, provided no progress has been made.
• Pausing Services: You may pause uninitiated services for up to 3 months or initiated services for up to 1 month. After these periods, services are considered completed.

SquareOne shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services. This includes loss of profits or any other losses resulting from advice provided. Decisions made based on our advice are at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided for your resume and cover letter.

Our services encompass Career Consulting, Resume Revision, LinkedIn Revision, Cover Letter Revision, Job Application Services, Job Search Strategy, and Interview Preparation. Engagements are a collaborative effort; without your active involvement, outcomes may not align with expectations.

Individual Services: Maximum of two (2) reschedules. A 'no-show' reduces your remaining reschedules to one (1). Bundle Services: Maximum of two (2) reschedules per bundle. Exceeding these limits will result in the service being marked as complete, and deliverables will be sent via email based on available information.

Online programs include access to career coaching content, videos, and templates. SquareOne may terminate participation without refund if a client becomes disruptive or fails to follow program guidelines. Marketing language regarding job outcomes refers to aspirations and is not a legal promise of a specific salary or job title.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any controversy or claim shall be settled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.
