UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on website and application interfaces.
• Help develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistent and user-friendly design across our digital products.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and improve the designs continuously.
• Continuously analyze website analytics and qualitative feedback to refine and enhance design elements.
• Document and maintain the design system guidelines, style guides, and design principles for internal use, ensuring consistency in design execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
• Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of work while meeting deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices in design systems, and apply this knowledge to improve our design process.

Required Prerequisites

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field OR at least 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in using Figma to design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Exceptional UI and visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
