We are bridging the career gap by sharing the hard-earned knowledge and mentorship we wish we’d had. Our mission is to empower early-stage professionals, domestic and international, to navigate their own difficult paths and secure meaningful futures in an evolving global economy.

SquareOne was founded by minorities, immigrants, first-time college graduates, and international students who lived the struggle firsthand. We remember the crushing pressure of having to secure a career and the weight of navigating a complex system that wasn't built for us.
