Product Operational Support Specialist (Fully-Remote)

We are seeking a Product Operational Support Specialist to join our marketing team. This role involves contributing to marketing strategies, customer communications, and data analysis to enhance product visibility and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate on website and application interfaces.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase product engagement.
  • Customer Communication: Manage daily customer inquiries via email, provide responses, and forward messages to the relevant teams.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer issues.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose strategic adjustments for optimization.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to deliver professional support.

Qualifications

  • Experience with design systems
  • Experience with website and app analytics
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Experience in marketing, operations, or customer support, with familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear and engaging messages.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
  • Background in the education industry or interest in international student services is an advantage.
