Job Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Social Media Marketing position at AtSquareone Inc. The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for managing and creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating effectively with the audience. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, measuring and analyzing performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Key Responsibilities

  • * Growth & Conversion Strategy
  • * User Acquisition: Design and execute social media strategies specifically focused on driving user signups and growing the lead database.
  • * Conversion Optimization: Implement clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs) across all platforms to move users through the funnel from 'follower' to 'client.'
  • * Newsletter Management: Curate and distribute weekly/monthly newsletters, repurposing high-performing social content to maintain engagement and drive retention.
  • * Paid Media & Search
  • * Google Ads Management: Plan, launch, and monitor Google Search and Display campaigns to capture high-intent traffic and maximize ROI.
  • * Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics and platform-native tools to track conversion rates, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • * Content & Community
  • * Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and design user-friendly, visually appealing posts that align with our mission.
  • * Content Production: Produce high-impact content—including short-form video (Reels/TikToks), infographics, and blogs—that educates and inspires immigrant communities.
  • * Community Management: Monitor channels and respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring no lead or question goes unanswered.
  • * Campaign Planning: Synchronize social media calendars with email marketing and paid ad schedules to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

Desired Qualifications

  • * Digital Marketing Mastery: Proven experience in both Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing (Google Ads).
  • * Tool Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation and email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • * Analytics Savvy: Ability to read the 'story' behind the data—understanding how to pivot strategies based on signup trends and conversion metrics.
  • * Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience.
  • * Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for supporting immigrant communities and education. Experience in the non-profit sector is a major plus.
  • * Autonomy: A self-starter mentality; since this is a remote-friendly role, the ability to manage deadlines and 'own' your projects is non-negotiable.
