Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• * Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
• * Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and market presence.
• * Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
• * Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
• * Track and report key performance metrics related to business development, client acquisition, and partnership success.

Desired Qualifications

• * Knowledge in business development, sales, or partnership management roles.
• * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results.
• * Knowledge in the non-profit sector or with immigration-related issues is a plus.
• * Knowledge of CRM software and sales/marketing tools is advantageous.
